[Seekers] Meet Friday Night for Pizza and Planning Discussion

As mentioned in Sunday School, the planning group has suggested that
instead of having our planning discussion in class on a Sunday morning,
we get together away from the confines of the classroom walls and the
clock in order to have a more relaxed and inclusive discussion.  So we
are planning to meet this coming Friday evening, June 18th, at 6:30 in
the Fellowship Hall.  Betty has suggested we order pizza from Burke
Street Pizza (some say it's the best in town).

 

Please e-mail or call me to let me know if you will be attending, so we
can  get an accurate count, since Betty will be ordering ahead of time.

 

At the planning committee's last meeting June 3rd, we decided to present
your top three choices - Stop Hunger Now/Potato Drop, Host Family
Activities, and Targeted Mission - broken down into a variety of
options.  We hope that this format will allow everyone who is interested
in becoming involved to find a way to do so, no matter how much time you
have available.  We're excited about sharing our ideas with you, and we
are looking forward to getting together this Friday evening.

 

So come out for pizza and planning...thanks very much!
