WARNING__ 
There is an African-American male, usually riding a bike in the Stratford Road Area (also including Cloverdale, Hanes Mall Blvd, 4th street, and Thruway Shopping Center). 
  
He will knock on your car window in hopes you will open. Once the window is opened - he starts grabbing for anything he can get his hands on. 
  
He approached an acquaintances friend, (name excluded) TWICE today… first at Panera on Cloverdale, and then again at The Home Goods Store. She knew not to open her window because had previously heard about this man when he entered another friends car at the McDonalds on Stratford Rd.  That lady's back doors were unlocked and her kids were inside.  My friend alerted us by email a few minutes ago so I wanted to pass along the warning.   
  
Just passing along -Be safe and make sure your car DOORS are locked at all times ~
