[Seekers] Seekers' Christmas Dinner set for Friday Dec. 19th at Murray & Gale's house

Gale has contacted a caterer and it looks like we can have an excellent
meal prepared and delivered for under $10 per person, including salad, 2
entrees, vegetables, and desert.    We did not request for them to serve
or clean-up.    They are available on Friday 12/19 which was the
preference we heard last Sunday.

 

We estimated 30 to 35 for dinner but will need to finalize the count
with the caterer in a few weeks.

 

We will plan to start gathering around 6:00pm and eat around 7:00pm.

 

This Sunday we can discuss some details such as the exact price, who do
you pay to make a reservation (maybe Brenda), deadline for making a
reservation, etc..

 

I will send out directions to our house a little closer to the event.
