[Choir] Fwd: Marty Butner's Illness

Just a short note to keep you informed about Marty's illnesses. She had a mild heart attack on Wednesday morning, and EMS took her to the hospital where she was immediately given a heart catechization. This revealed blockages, and she had a 4 by-pass operation beginning at about 12:30 yesterday which took about six hours. She came through the surgery OK, and was taken to ICU Heart Surgery where she remains. She is doing well there--they just called at 11 AM and have taken her off the breathing respirator. Blaine and Peggy are here, as are my son and wife, plus one of my daughters. We believe that everything has proven to be a blessing, and are in prayer that Marty will be OK and soon. Love, Bill
